Interest-rate, currency and commodities management
Investkredit assists corporate customers and real estate partners in concerns relating to managing financial structuring and offers the corresponding derivative instruments for optimising structure and costs as well as hedging risks – including foreign currency risks.

Asset management (Direct investments in securities)
The focus is on consulting customers with regard to  the optimum choice of instruments and asset management - in accordance with a company’s specific requirements and strategy.

Custody account management
We offer customers

• custody accounts with ongoing reporting
• the InvestDirekt online account service: custody account valuations (e.g. liquidity and maturity summaries), movements in prices, turnover lists, changes in performance and online reports on the value of assets in custody accounts (current and at month-/quarter end) via e-mail
• offset accounting (debit against credit interest) in connection with securities business

Fixed deposits
Investkredit International in Malta pays interest on short-term deposits (max. 1 year) at money market conditions, thus providing a net yield above the money market.

The Double Taxation Treaty between Austria and Malta calculates a matching credit of 5% on interest paid to Austria.  This means that a withholding tax of 5% is set off against Austrian corporation tax.

Issues of securities
In addition to the above, Investkredit also structures its own short-term issues in accordance with the respective market situation.
